The Russian Federation is constantly conducting reconnaissance over military and critical infrastructure. That is why Ukraine insists on lifting any restrictions on the use of long-range missiles on enemy territory to prevent risks.

This was announced by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha at a press briefing in Odesa.

"I would like to make it clear right away that we are talking exclusively about military facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation. This is our right under the UN Charter as a defending country. This right to self-defense is justified. And I am glad that my colleagues support this right," the Foreign Minister said.

Threat to nuclear safety

The Ukrainian side has obtained evidence of the occupiers' preparations for a possible strike on nuclear facilities. Currently, the aggressor army is conducting exercises in this sector.

"We have to stop them by any means necessary. Otherwise, it will be too late. We need to have permission to strike at military targets in the rear. This way we can preserve our infrastructure," the diplomat adds.

As a reminder, according to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, over the past day, the occupiers have been attacking the region with FPV drones, artillery, Shaheds and missiles.

We also wrote that on October 14, Russian invaders dropped explosives from a drone on residents of Kherson region, and one person was wounded.
