One killed and 40 thousand without heating due to Russian attack
A 35-year-old woman sleeping under a window was killed in an attack in Odesa. Due to damage to the infrastructure, a total of 40,000 Odesa residents are left without heating.
This was announced by the city mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov.
What is happening in Odesa now
According to the mayor of Odesa, ten of the victims are currently receiving medical care. In turn, repair services are working to restore the pipeline, which was damaged in several places.
Generators and heaters are now operating in the medical facilities. The repairs are expected to be completed by 8 a.m., after which heat supply will be restored.
On the evening of November 14, powerful explosions occurred in Odesa. The city came under attack from a UAV. Also, before the very first explosion, the military warned of a high-speed target in the direction of Odesa or Chornomorsk.
The night of November 14 was also turbulent. Russians attacked Ukraine launching 59 drones.
