The number of enemy ships in the Black Sea has increased — Odesa residents should be on the alert
On Tuesday, October 15, the threat of strikes from Russian missile carriers on the Odesa region increased. Enemy ships equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles were deployed to the Black Sea. The total missile salvo capacity of these ships could reach up to eight.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Navy.
How many ships are on duty?
- in the Black Sea, there are three enemy ships, including two equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo capacity of up to eight missiles;
- there are no enemy ships in the Azov Sea;
- in the Mediterranean, there are three enemy ships, two of which are equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo capacity of up to 12 missiles.

- Sank on August 2, 2024, after sustaining damage from a missile strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the port of Sevastopol.

- Attacked by Sea Baby surface kamikaze drones in Sevastopol Bay on September 14, 2023. The ship was towed for repairs with significant damage.
