Swatter for the enemy — an invention of engineers from Odesa

The simulator for the military developed by Odesa engineers is already undergoing testing. Now the inventors plan to start mass production.
This was reported by the co-founder of the Odesa volunteer group "Technari" Gennadiy Suldin.

According to the volunteer, the military has begun testing the second-generation small arms simulator "Swatter".
"The first reviews are extremely positive! We are preparing for codification and mass production," Gennadiy Suldin says.
In addition, "Technari" produced 80 mounts for thermal imagers at the request of the Air Force for the modernization of the "Stinger" MANPAD and 60 mounts for the "Igla"/"Grim"/"Perun" MANPAD. They are already being transferred to defenders from the "South" and "East" Air Commands. Volunteers have also begun testing a new software product for mobile air defense groups.
Who are "Technari"
The "Technari" group appeared in Odesa at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, in the spring of 2022. It brought together engineering specialists who are engaged in the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of programming, optics and electronics for the needs of the Armed Forces. In particular, the "Technari" developed the project of air defence force and a number of modern simulators.
