Odesa region plays a key role in the Victory Plan — Kiper

The communities of the Odesa region appeal to international partners and sister cities to support the Victory Plan of Ukraine at all levels. The Odesa City Council has already made such a decision. The Odesa Regional and other local councils will join it in the near future.
This became known during an expanded meeting of the Presidium of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine.
Working for Victory
The Odesa RMA noted that the implementation of the Victory Plan is today a priority task that will ensure a peaceful future.
"Assistance to our Armed Forces, economic support. And between all this, we need to find all the bridges in order to do all this. Today, these are difficult times for the country. And you yourself hear explosions every day, and you yourself see that many civilians are dying during this time. Therefore, these are our main requirements — to save our people," the head of the RMA, Oleg Kiper said.
He emphasized that the Odesa region plays a key role in maintaining national stability.
