Odesa residents are used to regular shelling by the Russian Federation. And they are increasingly ignoring air raid warnings. Even the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration does not always respond to the danger.

Oleh Kiper himself told about this in an interview with the Moseichuk+ program.

People get used to everything

The head of the region said that a year ago, after each shelling, there were queues of people wishing to leave on the borders with Moldova and Romania. Now, people are used to it, and some don't even get out of bed during nighttime attacks and continue sleeping.

"There was an incident once when Shaheds came from the coastline. I live on the fourth floor and I hear the window open — a drone is flying. It was just flying, but it was above the house. By the way, one flew into a new building next to me, 200 meters away, 26 floors. And a man is standing on top. Shahed is flying above me, but below him. I look, and he smokes and watches it moving. I think he either believes in God that much or is so used to it," said Oleh Kiper.

The head of the RMA also revealed the details of the Russian attack on Odesa on November 18. According to him, there have already been about five "hits" in this part of the city.

"On the Russian channel, we saw that the military allegedly lived in this building. It's clear, as always. Although in the central part, in the city in general, we prohibit the quartering of any military, because it is a danger to civilians," says Oleh Kiper.

As reported, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration also told how Metropolitan Agafangel of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church traveled along the coast with an icon and allegedly stopped the Russian landing force. Earlier, we reported that scandalous blogger Oleksii Arestovych threatened Oleh Kiper with problems if got elected.
